BACKGROUND: The Department of Public Safety Driver License Division was in the process of implementing major organizational changes.

THE ISSUE: Every change from the status quo created  a disruptive period WITH NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES within the workforce.

THE SOLUTION: In order to mitigate the disruptive effects of these changes, management decided to create a program to further develop staff ability to adapt to change. Management asked me to develop a training plan containing:

 

  • a needs assessments phase
  • outlines of a web based training
  • an evaluation phase
