BACKGROUND: Shutterstock, an American stock photography, stock footage, stock music, and editing tools creator, provides up to date training to its sales-force, through a Learning Management System.

THE ISSUE: Newly hired sales-force representatives sometimes come from a completely different industry and therefore their previous knowledge about Visual Content as a product, is very limited.

THE SOLUTION: A learning module about Visual Content designed for learners with no previous knowledge. In this case-study learners can follow the evolution of visual content for a familiar brand such as Coca Cola.

THE GOAL: Develop an understanding of what commercial and editorial content is.
