BACKGROUND: Texas Driver License Office is in the process of implementing the use of new tablets in order to streamline driver license test.

THE ISSUE: Employees that have been trained to use the previous system could be reluctant to change.

THE SOLUTION: An in house produced video showing  the advantages with the new system.

THE GOAL: Help employees to buy into the new system.
